Key professional skills

• Background in rural banking prior to current involvement in large, diverse family farming business in Central Hawkes Bay – including as managing director for the multi-farm organic dairy enterprise and CFO for the wider business, as part of the independently chaired advisory board. 
   

• Completed Fonterra Governance Development program 2020. 
   

• Founding committee member Sherwood Cricket Club Incorporated [Treasurer] and Tukipo Catchment Care Group Inc [Treasurer].  Chair of the Takapau Squash Club. Sit on the Sherwood School Board of Trustees. Trustee for the Hawkes Bay Future Farming Trust. Member of the Dairy Environment Leaders network.
   

• Sat on the CHB District Council led Tukituki Leaders Forum.
