About

 

Completed a Bachelor App Sci in 2002 winning Massey Agriculture Student of the Year that year. I was the Chairman of the Massey Young Farmers Club while I was there.

 

My first job out of Massey was with Dairy NZ as a consulting officer in Northland while my partner Elisha managed a Landcorp 1100 cow Dairy Farm in Kerikeri. Following our time in Northland we moved to Mamaku to take up a 900 cow 50:50 sharemilking position with Colin Armer.

 

After 5 years there we moved to Tikokino, CHB to take on a 1600 cow 50:50 Sharemilking job. We held this position for 7 years until the farm sold. We sold most of our herd to the incoming new farm owner but retained our youngstock. In May 2018 we purchased a 230ha dairy farm at Takapau.

I have two daughters aged Georgia aged 10 and Anya aged 12 who enjoy getting out on the farm with us and keep Elisha and I busy with their many sporting interests.
